Troop 30 Summer Camp 2010

Date: Sunday July 4 – Saturday July 10, 2010

Location: Ockanickon Scout Reservation, Pipersville, PA

Description: Enjoy activities including Opening and Closing Campfires, Water Carnival,

Volleyball Tournament, High Adventure activities such as rock climbing

and river rafting, and the opportunity to earn Merit Badges from a wide selection

offered.

Who Should Go: This trip is recommended for ALL scouts. Families may join the troop

on Sunday afternoon, and return on Saturday morning for the closing

ceremony.

Photo: A group troop photo is taken at camp. The cost is $8.00 for an 8x10 print. Please

add the $8 to the camp fees if you would like a copy.

Camp Fees: Make checks payable to Troop 30.

$323 if paid by 2/22

$341 if paid after 2/22, and by 4/19

$354 if paid after 4/19, and by 5/24

$376 if paid after 5/24

Webelos who crossover and pay by 5/24 will get the $323 rate. Payment can be

made at any troop meeting before 5/24 along with the official BSA application to

join Troop 30.

NO REFUNDS AFTER 4/19 UNLESS REPLACEMENT IS FOUND!

What to Bring: Class “A” uniform, along with clothes, sleeping gear, bathing suit and

towel, etc. No electronic games / entertainment!

NOTES: * At least one adult is needed to attend the Annual Leaders Meeting on

Sat., May 1^st at Ockanickon (8:30 - 3:30)

* Several adult volunteers are needed for all or part of the week at camp.

* Camp preparations will be discussed at the May 3^rd committee meeting.

MEDICAL FORMS: The BSA updated their medical form last year and Ockanickon will
